In 2021, the team onboard the Ocean Viking rescued 2832 people in 33 rescue operations in the central Mediterranean, witnessed the aftermath of a fatal shipwreck, conducted countless searches for boats in distress and welcomed the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) as a new partner on board.
It is only thanks to our supporters that we are able to continue our work at sea. Thank you.
