07:00 Ocean Viking receives a call from an unidentified asset on VHF asking for intentions and seeming to indicate to head North.

07:21 Ocean Viking receives a call from asset identified as Libyan Coast Guard stating : “This is the last warning of the Libyan Government, proceed North”.

04:20 Ocean Viking spots an fast approaching echo on radar.

04:32 Crew on the bridge lookout identify a fiberglass boat. People are forced to jump in the water. Ocean Viking stops the engine.

04:38 Unidentified fiberglass boat leaves the scene in towards South.

04:39 RHIBS are launched and off the ship.

04:42 7 people are recovered from the water.
